Hi, I’m Victoria Dahl.

I’m a physician and mind-body therapist working with women experiencing stress, nervous system dysregulation, and hormonal transitions such as perimenopause and menopause.

My approach combines medical understanding with body-based practices such as breath, gentle movement, and awareness, alongside deeper therapeutic work when needed.

This space is here to support you in feeling more stable, clear, and at ease in your body — and to gradually rebuild trust in how your body responds.
